Products from Superior Flooring that are bought through third-party websites do not qualify for our Manufacturer’s warranty. Herwynen Saw Mill will not process claims for products purchased online, nor will we accept returns for such purchases. Our distributor-dealer network ensures full protection for customers, reducing the risk of buying damaged goods, knock-offs, or misrepresented products.

Additionally, hiring an independent contractor for installation comes with risks. Authorized Superior Flooring Dealers work with experienced installers, providing you with recourse in the event of installation errors. Freight damage or bait-and-switch products are difficult to address with independent contractors who may be less responsive. Local Authorized Dealers can provide quick, reliable service and, in the unlikely case of a manufacturing defect, they have the support of local distributors. Your legal rights are also better protected when working with a local dealer.

Trademarks and Representation
We do not permit the use of our trademarks, images, or product representations in association with posted prices or sales. Superior Flooring products are only to be sold within the serviceable driving distance of a retailer’s business location. Internet dealers are not part of our Authorized Dealer Network. Dealers who sell Superior Flooring products online risk losing access to our products, being removed from the program, and may face legal action for continued unauthorized use of our trademarks.

Authorized Dealers
To qualify as an Authorized Dealer, stores must be registered with their local distributor, maintain good standing, and feature current displays of Superior Flooring products. Herwynen Saw Mill will not honor warranty claims without an initial inspection by the original retailer. Proof of purchase from the local distributor must be provided, verifying that the material purchased is a first-quality Superior Flooring product. If the retailer cannot resolve the warranty issue, a follow-up inspection must be arranged with the local distributor, retailer, and the original installer.

A floor purchased from an Authorized Dealer and installed by the homeowner still qualifies for full warranty coverage, but the installation must meet professional standards as outlined in the product’s instructions. For DIY installations, the selling dealer is responsible for the initial warranty service. Reports from independent inspectors or installers will not be accepted in place of an inspection by the original dealer.
